Made weekly from the milk of our own goats here in Carmarthenshire, our kefir is fresh, small-batch and packed with live cultures.
Unlike many thin supermarket kefirs, ours is thicker and more spoonable — somewhere between kefir and yogurt, with a fresh tangy flavour and naturally creamy texture.
We keep things simple:
fresh goat milk, live cultures and time.
No unnecessary additives. No mass production. Just real food made on the farm each week.
